News: [RESOLVED] Network Outage in Dallas

We are currently experiencing intermittent network outages in our Dallas location. We have contacted datacenter and are waiting to hear back.

At the moment, we have applied a temporary measure to re-route traffic isolating a frozen switch so service connectivity can be restored. Tomorrow we will work on replacing the switch, so there might be little bit intermittent downtime to bring us back to completely stable connectivity.

During day of 25, while we were working on replacing the switch, eventually another switch also died, so we worked on rebuilding the network through different spare switches. while we are stable now, we will work on additional measures to try minimizing potential reasons for other incidents.
