We have experienced another drive failure on the node, which we had the previous incident on. A handful of customers has been impacted - the rest of the nodes are running well. Drives look to be from the same batch, so this was possibly expected. Since it's a RAID-10, with unluck we had drives in 2 different mirrors fail, rendering the array dead again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our users on that specific node. We will be emailing all of them with the possible options.
