News: [RESOLVED] Issue with VPS node BS-DALXEN3

08.08.2024 13:57 GMT+2 - We are aware of an issue impacting services on our VPS node BS-DAL-Xen-3. We are investigating the cause and will update this post with more info as we have it.

09.08.2024 0:57 GMT+2 - The node suffered a RAID card failure. The DC had to provide 3 temporary replacements and only the third one worked, so that's the reason it took time to resolve the issue. We got the node online and migrated all VPS to a different machine, until replacement parts arrive to fix this server. For now all VPS should be online.

Additionally, all affected family members will be assigned a backup plan in our VPS control panel, allowing to create one snapshot of your VPS(further ones will delete the previous one). Please, by all means, use it. This will store the snapshot on a remote server, where we can restore from it in case of disasters ilke this. We don't want to loose anyone's data, so we will do our best to protect it.
