The usual reason for an order, being marked as fraud is if you place it from a VPN/Server IP. We do not allow such kind of orders, so if you intend to order with a VPN, it will be marked as fraud. If you are on vacation/holiday and live in a different country, please contact us prior to ordering.
However, if you are not using a VPN and all data on your profile is correct, yet the order was marked as fraud, please open a ticket containing the following:
Valid government-issued photo ID like:
- Passport
- Drivers license
- ID card
Additionally we would require latest utility bill or bank statement with your name and address not older than 60 days.
You can watermark the images stating "drServer.net" for your own safety/security, but we need to be able to see the address and name on all documents.
The ticket will then be reviewed by our staff and the status of your order re-evaluated.
